Our return and exchange policy is as follows:


Return Policy:


For health and safety reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns for services or products sold within the spa, even if they are in original condition.

Exceptions apply only to cases caused by errors beyond the customer’s control — such as technical issues during booking or mistakes in online purchases.


Exchange Policy:


Products purchased from Zen Spa may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are defective or contain a manufacturing fault.

Customers will receive a replacement product of equal value. Refunds are not applicable.
